Balen Shah Confirms New mayor in Kathmandu Today: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City Local Election vote count concluded yesterday. The outcome of the vote count is very similar to the previous vote count.
The final vote count for Kathmandu Metropolitan City was accomplished. Balen Shah will be officially certified by the Election Commission this morning.

After Balen's win Confirmation, People have also announced to fulfill their promises. Some have pledged to plant trees, do community service, and so on. This is the people's victory, and they are rejoicing as if it were their own.
